Next Parent-Child Nature Group Session to be held in Stowe

Our next parent-child nature group session starts November 9th and will be held at Kirchner Woods on Taber Hill Road in Stowe.

Dedicate one morning a week to exploring the natural world with your child.  Get outside, get moving, meet new friends and experience magic!  An amazing way to spend an hour and a half on a Friday morning!

You can sign-up in advance to save a spot for the whole 6-week session or join us by the week.  RSVP either way.  Call or email Laura for more info.  253-5070.  Libra510@aol.com.

Parent-Child Nature Group

Our Friday morning parent-child nature group has been so much fun!!  We have met twice so far.  Adults and children alike have enjoyed taking a leisurely walk through a magical feeling forest while exploring the thick green moss, insects, hidden passageways under low branches, and fairy houses along the way.  The children climb over fallen logs, sit upon boulders, and build and discover homes to play in.  Last week we collected beautiful red and yellow maples leaves and made leaf crowns.  Every week we sing and see a puppet show as well.  What a nourishing morning!  Contact me if you'd like to join!  Libra510@aol.com

Please be patient while I put up this blog.  Much more is to come!  This program is a work in progress and so will be the blog for a while.  I can only work on it for so long before I need to take a break and GET OUTSIDE!  And once it's up I encourage you to have a look around...but don't spend too much time on that computer.  The best place to be is out in the natural world...enjoy!
